Bryan Burton, a Project Manager with MK Concrete Construction, recently received the Morgan-Keller, Inc. Office Spirit Award.  Each year, Morgan-Keller (M-K) presents this award to the office team member who most exemplifies the spirit of the M-K mission.

Some of the qualities required to be a recipient of this award include: high quality customer service, pride in workmanship, leadership/participation in MK sponsored activities, positive relationship with fellow team members and other building trades, ability to clearly give and follow instructions, completes responsibilities, anticipates and plans for customer needs, and active in home community

Bob Rininger, Vice President and General Manager of MK Concrete Construction said the following about Bryan, “Bryan takes great pride in his role as MK Concrete Project Manager, and is known for his excellent leadership in the construction industry, especially toward his concrete crews.  He teaches and encourages those team members who want to learn and fully develop their skills.   Bryan has established a trusting rapport with Owners, Subcontractors, and Vendors by anticipating and planning ahead for their needs.  Bryan follows through and completes all duties and responsibilities expected of him resulting in the success of his position with MK Concrete Construction.  In addition, Bryan is active in the community.”
