About this Project
Construction of four retail shell buildings, totaling 60,000 square feet with a concrete connecting plaza. The concrete connecting plaza consists of over 51,000 SF of multi-colored concrete flatwork. This creative use of colored concrete enhances and extends the beauty of the retail complex. Of particular interest is a large compass design placed in the flatwork located in the center of the plaza. Eye-catching colors including terra cotta, orange, and buff are enclosed in a distinctive border of light red concrete.
